Would You Blow the Whistle?

As a relatively new group of employees at a major university you are face with an ethical dilemma involving your boss. It appears to all of you that he is misusing university funds. For example, you know for a fact that he filed a travel form to attend a conference in Arizona las month. All of you were at the conference, and he was nowhere to be seen, nor was his name on the roster of attendees. Another example involved the purchase of an expensive TV for the employee break room that somehow never got delivered.

1. If these assumptions can be proved to be true and you believe them to violate university standards of conduct, what would you do as a group?
