On a clear night a laser rotated at an angular velocity of 1 radian s-1 produces a spot of light that is visible on Jupiter, 600 x 106 km distant. How fast does the spot of light move across Jupiter? Does this violate the theory of relativity? Explain your reasoning

How do i figure out the speed at which it moves across jupiter. I'm guessing i need to use length contraction etc. does this violate the theory of relativity??
