Feeling sad he sat up to the bar and entered into a conversation with a heavily inebriated man named Hunter.Immediately Vida came to like Hunter and agreed, on the spot, to sell the inherited property to Hunter for $200,000 and scribbled their agreement on a cocktail napkin.Vida left the bar, thrilled to have sold the property, without even having a drink and pleased that this jurisdiction did not require notarization for any contracts-he did not want any details to come between himself and the money.
