As you saw, the law requires that victims of sexual harassment must act reasonably to report the harassment in a timely fashion in order to maintain a successful claim against the employer. Is that a fair requirement, especially in work environments that may be somewhat more "rough and tumble" than others? Does the "act reasonably to report" standard adequately compensate for the difficulty of reporting an incident or series of incidents?
