An object of mass m=.200 kg is attached to a spring which is vibrating on a horizontell frictionless table. The spring has a spring constant k= 545 N/m. It is stretched initially to initial x=4.5 cm and then released from rest. Determine the final speed of the object when the final displacement of the spring is final x= 2.25 cm.
