1. Various change strategies model depend on the how versed in change the organization you are trying to change is and the level of change management employees have previously experienced. Why might one strategy be better suited to an organization than another? Provide an example from your experience. Was this a successful change? Explain.
2. You are an executive at a mid-sized corporation. The company recently experienced organizational changes.
