After the adjustments to net income. I have prepared a valuation analysis of NHH Inc in Exhibit |. The value is estimated to be $537,070. Please note that the ?nancial statements were not prepared by an accountant but by Kareem himself. I have not performed a valuation using the method (three times normalized net income} you researched as it does not represent the demographic NHH serves.
