The company also possesses 5 distribution centres in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide which are stocked with products to be redistributed to its outlets.

PP Store offers the latest home appliances and entertainment products. These include a wide selection of brand name televisions, computers, cameras, MP3 players, stoves, refrigerators, ovens and microwaves. The company plans to develop a website so that customers can purchase its products online 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. Customers can order any products from the online catalogue and purchase the most suitable service plan so as to protect the products.

The website needs to be able to store and validate customer details such as name, date of birth, phone numbers, addresses and payment method. A valid email address must be provided and stored - this will be used to provide a receipt of the order made and collect feedback for the order.

Each order will be sent to the closest distribution centre and delivered by a delivery staff using a truck provided by the centre. Special instructions for the delivery staff are provided, especially if the delivery requires special direction or specific person to be contacted.
