In cases of uncertainty and distance between them and management, such employees may become reluctant or have low self-confidence but with clarity, all those issues will be expressed correctly. Employees' integrity is also positively influenced by this process, thus minimizing negative or traumatic experiences when restructuring happens (Williamson 378). Using a transparent way of communicating may help establish a feeling of inclusion amongst employees in the hospital. This is deducted from a range of considerations, which include the situation whereby even if there is no good news, staff members will still feel involved in decision-making process concerning it.
