One of the employees complained that her co-worker was targeting her, and it impacted her psychological safety. The co-worker was a charge nurse who changed her patient assignment by accusing the patient of not being comfortable with this employee. Another time, she discontinued the sitter without asking this primary nurse. TAhird time this charge nurse intimidated this primary nurse in front of the RRT team stating that why she called RRT ,and blamed her that bp is low because of the blood pressure cuff.
