An armature-control dc motor is used in a position control system. The transfer functions of the controller and process are given below:

G(s) = (3.2 + 0.48s)/(1 + 0.015s)

H(s) = 19/(s + 0.329s^2+ 0.00545s^3 )

a) Determine the open-loop transfer function and draw a block diagram of the control system.

b) Using Matlab draw an open-loop bode diagram and find the margins. Is the closed-loop system stable, marginally stable or unstable?
