Using logistics in various businesses organizations can have a significantly impact on the efficiency, production and profit. A great example of a scenario where logics can have a major impact is a courier company delivering packages to various destinations within one city. They have a fleet of delivery vehicles, and their current process for route planning is manual and lacks optimization. Not using can lead to inefficiency used of resources, higher fuel costs, longer delivery times and reduction of customer satisfaction. Using logistics to creat s better solution can fix all these issues. "Linear programming is a mathematical concept that is used to find the optimal solution of the linear function (Cobstone, 2019)." This method uses simple assumptions for optimizing the given function. By applying linear programming model, we can significantly improve production, profit, efficiency and improve customer satisfaction in using logistic to improve the route take during delivery routes.
