Your consulting group has been hired by a national promoter to handle risk management and crowd control for a Providence stop on the tour of a popular recording artist. The concert will be at an open air outdoor stadium that is used primarily for football. A state will be built in the end zone and about 6,000 folding chairs will be used for on-field seating; permanent bleachers will also be used. The event capacity is 15,000 and it expected to sell out. Advanced ticket sales are 12,000 with walk-up sales and will call open one hour prior to gates open. There is one main entrance and one side entrance. Concessions will be open and beer will be sold
