The control that is used to ensure work inputs is feedforward control and the control that is used to monitor work outputs is feedback control. In my organization, we work in specialized departments. Each department has their own set of goals to reach. In our department which is Customer Service Support, we are monitored and recorded for quality assurance. These controls lead to effective management by planning, organizing, and leading to create financial solutions to our customers and clients in my organization.
