For this coursework you must provide an Expert Appraisal of the Just Eat's takeway interface (web or mobile app) (https://just-eat.co.uk) in a web browser or phone of your choice.

You must use the Heuristic Evaluation method. We have adapted the Nielsen and Mohlich (2010) set of heuristics for your evaluation. To conduct the evaluation work through this search interface several times trying to find your nearest ‘Subway' and set up an order for a footlong ‘Veggie Delight Classic Sub' with a cookie. With each pass make sure to note down any violations of, or issues using the heuristics given below. To report your findings please use the table below. It's important to note that you are not just logging potential errors, you must also provide a severity rating and provide a suggested solution (fix) where you do find problems. The report (i.e. content of the table) should be no more than 1000 words (max.), and should be submitted in a .docx file format. Check uploads for all details.
