Question 

76 year old female who's chief complaint is that she noticed cloudy odorous urine a few days ago. She's had urinary tract infections before. Usually it is E. Coli that is not resistant to common antibiotics. The patient has been to your clinic before and she has been to multiple specialists. She has chronic complaints of urinary frequency, dry mouth, and gastric reflux.
