Question

1. Identify at least two activities that your team can do that is related to your team's task. Each activity chosen should allow your team members to take on their individual roles and responsibilities based on the Team Performance Plan in Task 1.2

2. Consider your protocols for meeting with internal stakeholders. Plan for a meeting with upper management to report on the progress of team development. Prepare items for discussion under three(3) headings: team requirements, overall team performance and issues, concerns and follow-up. Arrange the meeting. Video all or an excerpt of the meeting. Finally, submit a compressed video excerpt of the meeting (Minimum: 3 minutes; Maximum: 6 minutes)

3. Complete the meeting minutes template detailing what was discussed and noting any follow up action required.
