Over many years, the University of New South Wales Library has found it checks out an average of 2417 books per day, with a standard deviation of 356 books per day. Consider that the number of books checked out per day is normally distributed. Find the probability (to 4 decimal places) that:

1. on a given day, the number of books checked out is between 2500 and 3000,

2. the average daily lending activity over a two month period (i.e. 60 days) is greater than 2400 books per day.
