1. Draw an ERD for the following situation:

a. The University Medical Center is a busy hospital. In general, everyone working at the hospital or seen as a patient gets a Person_ID. They also want to track the birth date, name, street address, city, state, zip and one phone number for each person.

b. The hospital services lots of folks:  physicians, employees, volunteers, and of course patients. Sometimes people working there get sick, then they may be both an employee and a patient, or a volunteer and a patient, or ... you get the picture. There are even some other folks that we don't need to classify - the base information for people will suit them.

c. For patients we need to know the patient type and the contact date, and patients only have one physician. Physicians obviously see many patients and we need to know their specialty (physicians at this hospital have only one), and their pager number).
