Things that you could consider could be: costs, taxes, insurance, public options, health care expense, waiting lists, equality, cost controls, public support, does the health care system work for people across the society, ease of getting appointments and elective procedures, prescription drug costs, education requirements and student loans, need for practitioners, population/social effects, etc. Draw comparisons between the two healthcare systems and what could be taken from the other healthcare system and used in the United States. Likewise, what could the other country take from the United States healthcare system to improve a flaw identified from the other country.
