You are a design student who has been tasked with researching process and control systems to improve health and safety plus productivity over a number of areas your research must include the following.
Task 1
Define how multiple transducers and sensors can be used in industry. (at least 2 Digital and 2 Analogue)
Task 2
You are asked to describe a brief introduction into your chosen Ts and Ss and how they function
Task 3
Define the 2 analogue signal ranges used in process controls
Task 4
Explain how your chosen Ts and Ss transmit information in Analogue (linear) and Digital (sampling) form.
Task 5
Explore how a system/network of Ts and Ss can be put in place to achieve a productive and safe working environment, in your industry or one of the following. Industrial Gas feed Turbo drier unit,
Automotive, Processing, Packaging, Environmental Control
Task 6
Analyse the use and need for accuracy in Ts and Ss In an Industrial Gas turbo drier
Task 7
Critically review the industrial application of an instrumentation and control process system in the area you choose for task 5 using researched evidence.
