This product of decades of planning, tries and failures, and shrewd business sense has morphed a great deal throughout the corporation's relatively short history. Starbucks has utilized ingenious designs, developed by some of the best such designers in the world, of their marketing, product, geographic planning and departmentalization which have all helped shape this incredibly successful corporation's organizational structure as well as it's business model as a whole.
