Question

There were some mentions of unions' role during COVID. In your opinion, will this change the perception of unions in the U.S., in the long-term?

Also, one of the major concerns with unionionization is the possibility of a closing a "union shop". We do know that it is illegal to essentially threaten to shut down or relocate a facility as a means to discourage unionization efforts within a workplace, however what happens after a facility is unionized? Is there a time limit before a company can relocate or shut down after this has occurred and if this does happen 6 months, 1 year, 5 years after the unionization, has a violation occurred?
