Please describe 10 reports that can be extracted or produced from an ERP HR, HRIS software. For example:

A report to help me undertand why people leave my organization and prevent voluntary Turnover.

1. What name would you give to the report, in my example I will call my repprt Undertanding reasons behing Turn over at BB company

2. Content of the report (data that will be included): in this repprt i ill include 6 data points, like who left the company in the last 12 months, their age, tenure in the company (time in the company), gender, departament and time in role

3. Its importance (usage and conexion with strategy and HR programs): More than just turn over as a COLD number I can start understanding correlation (directcorrelation, or indirect) and undesrtand if there is a specific reason we can control to avoid Turnover. Analysing my data points above for example I was able to find that female talent leave more than males, and higher numbers are concentrated in the sales area.. We can then identify actions and find more root causes to address as startegic HR department.
