Question: The main objective of this assignment is to make recommendations to your business manager using descriptive statistical procedures only. Begin by understanding the real business issue and how you can make the best contribution to your manager. What kinds of data or information would make a contribution to this issue?

Next, correctly perform the descriptive statistics package on the data set provided (this step should be extremely easy if you have followed the pre-work and in-class exercises).

The most important part of your assignment will be deriving meaningful conclusions that are relevant to the business issue based on the results of your analysis, and making useful recommendations to your manager using the template provided. The full business briefing and data set will be provided in class. Submit your report on the management template provided. DO NOT exceed one page.

That is, you will submit one page only - no title page, no cover page. You will be graded on your report, however it is a pre-requisite for this assignment that you submit both your own, original excel spreadsheet as well as your management report.
