Case 1:

Review the following case and then answer the following questions:

"An auto driver ( #1) was driving at a normal speed, he was enjoying the music from his CD player He had to merge from the highway to the side street; he had to go straight as he started accelerating  he noticed another vehicle approaching him from the side street at a very high speed. Before he could move to one side, the other car hit him at the cross road. His car spun a few times, and hit the side railing. The rear bumper and the passenger side door were broken. He was lucky and did not incur any bodily injuries. 

The driver of the other car ( #2) starting yelling at him, stating that it was not his fault and that the auto driver of the first car was not paying attention and did not look before crossing the road"

Discuss in short the laws that will be applicable to this case.

Develop a case for the Auto Driver #1; justifying his rights and state how you will prove his innocence.

State why/why not Driver #2 is liable/not liable in this case.

"A millionaire had 4 sons and 1 daughter. He had a number of properties, movable and non-moveable assets. His spouse had expired sometimes before. He had a heart attack and passed away in his office.

After the last rights; the family awaited the Lawyer to read the Will; when the will was read, he had left 50% of his property to his daughter and divided the other 50% amongst his sons."

The sons were very upset regarding their father's Will. They thought that he was not fair in distributing his assts."

Based on your understanding of the Property Rights, what can the sons do to get a fair share of their father's property?
