Task:
For this assignment, you are required to elaborate a series of 4 reflective accounts demonstrating your understanding of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (2018) Code of Conduct and the role of the Nursing Associate. You will be required to demonstrate an understanding of
the 4 domains of the NMC.
You will need to write 4 reflective accounts (500 -/+ words 10% each) which demonstrate your understanding of how The Code (NMC, 2018), relates to an experience from your practice learning during year 1. The total length of the assignment is 2000 words -/+ 10%. You will need to use references to support your reflective accounts.
These must be academic, credible sources from research articles, professional literature, academic books, guidelines or other sources.
You will be required to:
Complete four reflective accounts that relate The Code (NMC, 2018) to nursing associate practice and your own beliefs and values.
Incorporate the four themes underpinning The Code (NMC, 2018)
Demonstrate a developing level of self-awareness and therapeutic use of self
Discuss the role of the nursing associate within a multidisciplinary team
Evidence of the use of a range of sources that are correctly cited and referenced
Use a reflective model that will be clearly identified and referenced -Each reflection should clearly follow the chosen models' structure.
