Critical Analysis
This assignment is designed to lay the foundation for facilitating an assessment on a client. Students will demonstrate an understanding of analyzing theoretical framework on human behavior as well as significant aspects of the life stages. This assignment will include a group presentation as well as critical analysis by the student. The directions below focus on the critical analysis section.
Content - Will focus on the main character(s)
Introduction - Provide a brief introduction to the client. Provide a purpose statement.
Discuss life stage that character is in (e.g., adolescence), correlate client to this stage (deviations and or conformities).
Apply a minimum of one developmental theory to support points regarding client.
Organization
Writing should be well organized and demonstrate continuity and fluidity.
Writing should include an introduction and conclusion.
Miscellaneous
Writing should conform with APA style.
Information should be presented from a critical analysis lens.
A minimum of two peer review journal articles (within the last 10 years) should be applied to this analysis and used to significantly support any points.
