The purpose of this assessment is to enable students to understand the importance of social determinants of health in their everyday lives. They will learn the significance of taking a socio-ecological approach to address the public health problems in their communities.

Task Description:
Lived experiences can be very useful in understanding key concepts of social determinants of health. In this assessment. students are required to identify three key social determinants of health in their community and write a 1000-word reflective article to explain those determinants. Based on the course content, their own lived experiences, and research findings, they will identify these three social determinants of health in their community. In addition to writing 1000 words. they will need to include three relevant photographs of their community to illustrate those determinants,
