Analyze Japan to understand what business opportunities might work well there.. The analysis has to be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. The document should outline the challenges and opportunities that I see relative to starting a business in Japan. The Power Point presentation should be no longer than 6-8 slides (not counting title and reference slides) Each slide should contain only a few bullets with the number of words in each bullet held to a minimum such that they are informative yet concise (charts and or diagrams are fine). It should contain the following information: Background: History/Geography/Demographics Key facts about the Culture Political system and associated risks for doing business in Japan Economic system and associated risks Legal system and associated risks Summary and Recommendations - include what business I believe would do well there based on the analysis (in other words, what businesses I would consider starting there and why) References used This PowerPoint presentation should present an insightful and thorough analysis of all issues identified and demonstrates a complete understanding the country's history in relation to the present day situation there. Makes appropriate and meaningful connections between the cultural analysis and business opportunities and challenges presented by the country's culture. Presents insightful, detailed, realistic, and appropriate recommendations clearly supported by the political and legal analysis of that country. Shows a detailed, realistic, economic analysis and a clear understanding of the present economic situation on trading with that country. Summary is detailed and thorough. Recommendations on what businesses would do well in that country and why are supported by the cultural, economic, legal and political analysis.
