Focus is on the Consulting and Assessment Division of a Leadership Development Practice of Individual AND Team Skill, with a focus on the interpersonal climate the leader builds when faced with "change" and "conflict" on the team. There are many ways to look at the leadership skills required to lead a team AND to be an effective member of a high-performing team.
