Question

For each of the following titles include the 3 learning objectives in each bolded titles below Learning objectives.

1. After the training, the freshly graduated, newly hired employees will understand the concepts and benefits of assertive behaviour including the link between assertiveness, self-confidence and self-esteem among others.

2. After the training, the freshly graduated, newly hired employees will understand the negative effects of aggressive and passive behaviour in the workplace and how they should overcome or resolve it.

3. After the training, the freshly graduate, newly hired employees will put into practice or apply all the things they learn and handle difficult situations and people with confidence and assertiveness.

Actions

Make a list of all of the actions that a learner must perform in order for you to observe and measure if they have met the learning objective. You should have at least three actions for each of your learning objectives.

Knowledge

Make a list of what you must tell or show the learner so that they have the knowledge required to perform the actions listed above.

Training Content Outline & Delivery Methods

Make a list, in order and numbered, of all of the items above. Include the training delivery method that you would use to deliver the knowledge to the learners.

When selecting your training delivery methods, consider Gardiner's Multiple Intelligences. Try to appeal to several intelligences in your training to appeal to the widest audience of learners. For example, consider having both group discussion and an individual reading activity or exercise to appeal to both the Interpersonal and Intrapersonal learners.

Include the training delivery method in brackets after each item listed in your Training Content Outline as per the example.
