Your Tasks

As an independent consultant you are required to choose an organisation from the fashion, food or cosmetics industry and assess the effectiveness of their marketing strategy. Your analysis and recommendations should be written in a report.

TASK

As an independent consultant you are required to choose an organisation from the fashion, food or cosmetics industry and assess the effectiveness of their marketing strategy. Your analysis and recommendations should be written in a report that will cover the following:

1. Analyse their STP strategy, providing and insight into how segmentation, targeting and positioning are currently applied by your chosen organisation.

2. Examine their marketing mix, focusing on the 4Ps that your chosen organisation is currently applying.

3. Assess their relationship marketing strategy with an emphasis on their current tactics.

4. Provide recommendations on how your chosen organisation can improve its marketing strategy.
