Question

Working on the project has been an effective platform to understand and capture important concepts regarding the topic. In particular, it has been refreshing to understand the wide range of course outcomes and potential impacts that arise from the process. I have gotten the chance to meet expected outcomes in the development of standardized practices and processes in the provision of patient care (Edgman-Levitan & Schoenbaum, 2021). In addition, I have effectively developed a PICO and adopted extensive evaluation outcomes that adhere to shared practices in the line of work. Thus, I feel that I have effectively met the course outcomes. The statement, "the nurse has the role of a scholar," is important for practice since it structures better and more aligned policies in the field. As a scholar, a nurse works to establish evidence-based practice (Cardoso et al., 2021). This is key in the development of solutions and structures to modern problems. In addition, the nurse engages in continuous education and practice (Mlambo et al., 2021). This allows them to unearth new strategies and insights which have a positive contribution to society as a whole. As a scholar, the nurse is also tasked with the provision.
