An employee submitted a letter of resignation and notifying his employer that he is leaving the company after thirty days as required in his employment contract. The employer did not pay his last month salary which is his period of notice. The employee wanted to file a lawsuit against his employer requesting that his employer to pay his salary during his notice period as stipulated in the Labor Law and in his employment contract with the company.
