One year ago, Reggie decided to buy a top of the line Asus Laptop. He paid 1,700.00 dollars purchase price for the laptop. Now, 12 months later, he is having a lot of problems with the laptop, largely due to his propensity to follow every link that is posted to his Facebook page, which has resulted in the laptop running very slowly. Reggie takes the Laptop to Angie's Laptop Repair Shop and leaves the Laptop there for Angie to repair. While in the Repair shop, Reggie asks if Angie sells used Laptops, thinking that it might be a good idea to get a backup for his laptop. He is advised by the sales person that Angie's does not sell used laptops, only new ones. Reggie returns one week later to pick up his repaired Asus laptop. Much to his dismay, however, he is advised that the laptop was sold to Mrs. Jackson, who is Angie's grandmother, for 100 dollars. As Reggie is leaving the store, the salesclerk whispers to him that "Angie and her grandmother have done this before and somebody needs to do something about it.
