Under the Espionage Act, governmental whistleblowers face prosecution. Chapter 14 provides a plethora of examples of governmental whistleblowers. Using an example from Chapter 14 OR finding a different governmental whistleblower, you are to answer the following:

- Provide a summary of the facts of the case of your selected whistleblower,

- Is there law relevant to this issue? For example, was your whistleblower being asked or observed an act that was opposing to existing law?

- Is there existing policy that violates the act? If you feel the policy is wrong, how would you proceed to changing or highlight the policy? If there is no policy but you feel there needs to be one implemented, how would the policy read?
