Question

An Kong is under continuous surveillance due to the risk of assault. She is conscious and aware, and effectively conveys her needs to the staff. She is friendly when interacted with and has shown no signs of behavioral issues or problems. Her vital signs remain steady. She maintains that she is not experiencing any pain or shortness of breath, and has been compliant with her medication and care regimen. The nursing team will continue to monitor her and provide the required support.
