As a management executive, you have been sent overseas to Bolivia to a US Affiliate of a textile and apparel company to manage its employees. Many of the workers laboring on the factory floor are under-aged according to US Labor Laws. Your subordinate managers, who are all locals, say that this is no big deal and that it is customary to hire workers from all age groups. Without the income these workers would not be able to improve the life of their families. They depend on these wages. Without these jobs, many of the workers would become destitute and would have to find work at less pay and under worse working conditions.
