Task: written reflection

This reflective piece needs to highlight the transferrable skills that have been gained/developed during your programme, focusing particularly on teamwork situations and how you believe your learning from the programme can be applied to your future career.

This reflection focuses on the programme experience as a whole (not just on this module), so you are expected to give examples from situations from different modules.

In addition to teamwork, students are also expected to discuss another transferable skill that they feel they have developed (example: leadership, communication, critical writing/analysis, problem-solving, etc) highlighting what is required to develop, manage and achieve group aims and outcomes in a multi-cultural team environment.

You are asked to write an individual reflection. The most important elements in this reflection are: that you are able to write them in a clear manner, that you are able to use and apply adequately a reflective model, select relevant experiences/examples, identify patterns of attitudes and behaviours by critically reflecting on those experiences, use some references to support your evaluations.
