This module we are going to look into the weaknesses of the supply chain and modes of transporting goods in the United States. We have seen some of the issues arising out of COVID and some of the backlogs and shipping of goods this pandemic has created, and the cost and time to get items to the doorstep. But I am looking at more of the security issues associated with different modes of transportation, and how some controlled items can get in the wrong hands.

Eexplain what you believe is the most secure way to transport a shipping container of military small arms and explosives from New York to Miami and what your considerations would be for security using your preferred modes of shipment. You are essentially transporting a bomb, so I need a threat and vulnerability assessment.

Your shipment must hit two of the three different modes of transportation, land air and sea.
Your shipment has to be secured the entire trip. Consider all types of security measures, electrical, manned, surveillance, tracking to name a few.
Your shipment has to arrive within 5 days. So you will need to address fuel stops and other delays or planed stops.
Hint: Take a quick look at what the New Jersey Department of Transportation did with the American Trucking Association, and the N.J. Motor Truck Association.
