Interpersonal Roles:

1. In his role as a leader, the manager is the person who motivates employees, fostering interpersonal communication and a positive work environment. He is the person who supports and trains collaborators or employees on many occasions. It is the person who evaluates.
2. The manager is the intermediary and connector between high and low level managers. In addition, he is the one who establishes and maintains the external networks. As a networker you have external contacts and bring the right parties together. This will ultimately result in a positive contribution to the organization.
3. The manager represents the organization externally as well as internally in formal, ceremonial or symbolic matters.

Informational Roles:

1. The manager represents the organization and communicates with the outside about corporate policies, performance and other information of importance to external parties.
2. The manager also collects information, both external and internal, that information that is important to the company.
3. The manager is in charge of transmitting pertinent information to employees and other individuals in the company.

Decisional Roles:

1. The manager must always respond to unexpected events in the organization, both operational problems and conflict situations, lack of raw materials, etc.
2. The manager is the one who controls and assigns the resources of the company.
3. The manager is the one who designs and initiates changes or who implements new strategies.
