You and a small group of friends have plans to develop a new product that you believe will be revolutionary in the clean energy field: a new form of rechargeable battery that is smaller, more lightweight, and can hold more energy than anything else in the field. You are planning to form a company for your work, and want to make sure you get protections for your intellectual property in place right from the start. Besides your product concept, you've got a catchy slogan and name for your company, and plan on developing a website with lots of content about the product and clean energy in general.
