Explain why this particular pathway to innovation can be a substantial barrier for educators in a children's education and care service.

Explain how this statement reflects the customer focus (customer convenience, experience, needs) innovation objectives as outlined by Stacy (think about the outcomes that might occur).
3. Consider the innovation objectives as described by Stacy and the examples described in the 14 Types of Innovation Objectives. Suggest one value/benefit to stakeholders (management, educators, children, families, community) when children's education and care services commit to innovation.
