Maternity nurses work daily with pregnant women and their families. Therefore, we must educate ourselves in relation to what are the different types of family and their cultural implications in the community. As nurses, we must know the essential values ??that we must use when intervening with different types of families. What are the attitudes and values ??expected of a nursing professional when working with pregnant women and their families? What influence can our own moral values, attitudes and behaviors have when intervening with them according to the different types of culture?
