Factual situation:

In the Sports Bar, located on the Malecon de Arroyo, an argument arises between two customers, this discussion turns into a fight. The owner of the bar calls the police and reports the fight between the two men. That night, Agent Santiago and Agent Torres were on duty and were sent to the bar to attend to the situation. When the agents arrived at the aforementioned bar, everything was quiet. Both agents proceed to talk to the owner of the bar and he narrates what happened. That the men were Luis and Pedro, regular customers of the bar. That they began to argue over money that Luis owed Pedro and that in the argument Luis punches Pedro in the face and he responds by hitting him on the head with a bottle of beer. Some clients intervene with Luis and Pedro, while he, as owner, decides to call the police. While the owner is on the phone with the police, Luis leaves the bar and seconds later Pedro also leaves. The owner of the bar confesses to the agents his concern since he heard when Pedro threatened to kill Luis and this was not the first time. Both agents start interviewing the other customers, make their notes and leave the bar. Upon leaving, Officer Santiago notices blood stains on the sidewalk and part of a glass beer bottle. He asks the owner where customers are parked and he tells him that there is a parking lot on the corner. The agent begins to light the ground while walking. He reaches the corner and finds a broken gold chain, enters the parking lot and finds a napkin with blood lying on the ground. He informs his companion and they leave. Agent Torres had already interviewed several other clients. The next day, Luis' wife goes to the barracks to report her husband missing. The lady tells police that her husband had gone out the night before (approximately 8:00 p.m.), to have a few drinks with friends, but did not return to the house. That she was worried because more than twelve hours had passed (it was 10:30 a.m.), and the whereabouts of Luis were not known, that he did not answer the phone and that he did not report to work. Agent Santiago was in the barracks and listened to Luis' wife. He remembered the bar incident and approached the lady to ask her some questions. The lady confirms to the agent that her husband had been having problems with a friend for some time, apparently over money. She identifies the friend as Pedro and mentions that several days ago they had argued in front of her and Luis' house. Given all the information received, agent Santiago tells his superior that he is going to return to the Sports Bar because it was there that Luis was last seen. When he arrives at the bar, he starts talking to the owner and tells him that Luis' wife went to file a complaint because her husband was missing. The owner of the bar indicates that they have security cameras, that he could see them. He gives him information about Pedro, tells him where he lived and where he worked. Agent Torres was sent to Luis' workplace to gather information. Seeing the security cameras, Luis is clearly seen leaving the bar, he looked upset and you could see that his head was bleeding. Seconds later Pedro is seen leaving the bar. The agent notifies his superior about the findings and he indicates that he would send a patrol with two more agents to continue investigating. They start looking for more information, interviewing other business owners, and requesting security videos for different businesses. In a video provided by the owner of Delicias Restaurant, which is near the bar and next to the parking lot, Pedro is seen taking a metal tube out of his car. Luis was getting into his car when he receives a blow with the tube from behind, Luis falls to the ground. It is seen in the video that Pedro begins to move Luis. When he does not react, Pedro is seen picking Luis up and putting him in the back of his car and leaving. A few minutes later, a man is seen opening Luis' car, gets into the car and leaves. That same day (6:00 p.m.), the police receive a call from fishermen, where they report that they had seen the body of a man punctured between some stones. The police arrive at the scene. In fact, there was a body pricked between some stones, he was face down and his shoes were missing. They take out the body, but he didn't have any identification. The face could barely be distinguished, was full of blows and appeared to have a bullet impact in the chest. Luis' wife identifies the body. While the police begin to look for Pedro since he was listed as the main suspect and begin with due process to identify the man who is seen taking Luis' car. The next day Pedro is arrested. He was at his brother's house. After intense interrogation, Pedro confesses to killing Luis, but says it was in self-defense. They ask him about Luis' vehicle and the person in the video taking it. Peter says he knows nothing about the vehicle, much less that other man. At that moment Officer Torres arrives and says that the vehicle was found and that the man in the video has already been identified. He was Peter's brother. Pedro is amazed that they had identified the person in the video and that they had found Luis' car, so he admits that it was his brother, that he was responsible for "disappearing" Luis' car. In Peter's chariot the metal tube was found. The firearm was not found as Pedro confessed to throwing it into the sea.
