This week our learning materials focus on race/ethnicity and work in the U.S. People of color and non-white immigrant groups tend to hold different kinds of jobs, carrying different levels of pay, prestige, and organizational power, and have been subject to different levels and kinds of of inequity, stereotyping, and discrimination at work. While there has been social progress, non-whites continue to face challenges in the workplace and in their careers.
