M and N are brothers who founded a company in processing fish from the shores of Lake Kariba. In setting up the company, the brothers invested their capital in the fish processing business by buying the nets, work suits and major spare part accessories the newly founded business. They started the company with the three [3] employees as helpers in the starter up firm. At the end of two [2] years, the brothers managed to expand the company to a level where the starter up company had employed ten [10] workers serving in different company duties. By this time the company needed to bring in controls to stream line the activities that have to be performed at any given point in time. M and N hope that they would find it much easier to manage their company when there are adequate controls and incentives put in place for managing operations.
