ASSIGNMENT:

There are a number of types of consumer promotions: coupons, premiums, contests and sweepstakes, refunds and rebates, sampling, bonus packs, and price-offs. Examples of trade promotions are trade allowances, trade incentives, trade shows, and trade contests.

Choose a company and assume you've been hired as a marketing coordinator for this company. Your manager is asking that you provide suggestions for both consumer and trade promotions that will help promote brand awareness. What are examples of 2 consumer promotions and 2 trade promotions that would be appropriate and align with the company's current brand presence? Offer your reasoning for the choices presented.
