Positioning is all about how a product or service is being perceived by consumers such as when we think about Walmart we think about cheap prices, when we think about target we think about fashion products, When we think about Uber, we associate it with easy transportation and cheaper than taxis. When we think about Southwest Airlines, we associate it with free luggage.
